Meadowcraft extends a 15 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer on purchases after September 1, 2003 as a sign of our dedication to the highest possible quality standards. The warranty is non-transferable and is designed to cover the furniture under normal residential use. This warranty is void if the furniture is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the furniture has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse.

The extent of the warranty is to cover the material and/or workmanship of the furniture frame and welds. This warranty does not apply to umbrellas, cushions, strapping, alternative tops or fabrics.

Meadowcraft extends a 3 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer on all alternative tops purchased after September 1, 2004 as a sign of our dedication to the highest possible quality standards. The warranty is non-transferable and is designed to cover the construction of the Alternative Top under normal residential use. The warranty is void if the alternative top is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the alternative top has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse.

Meadowcraft extends a 1 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer as a sign of our dedication to the highest possible quality standards. The warranty is non-transferable and is designed to cover the construction of the cushion or umbrella under normal residential use. This warranty is void if the cushion or umbrella is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the cushion or umbrella has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse. This warranty does not apply to fading or discoloration of the fabrics.

All Meadowcraft Outdoor Fire Pit burners component parts, except the valves, controls and enclosures, are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty.

All Meadowcraft valves and controls are covered by a seperate one (1) year limited warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to Meadowcraft products purchased for residential purposes.

This warranty does not cover parts becoming defective by misuse, accidental damage, electrical damage, improper handling and/or installation or service (log sets must be installed as outlined in the enclosed instructions by a qualified, professional installer and with only Meadowcraft parts, control valves, remotes and accessories). It does not cover labor or labor-related charges. It specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specified legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
