Dedication to quality has been one of the foundations of Meadowcraft’s success since its founding in the early 20th century. From a small, family-owned shop in Birmingham, Alabama, grew the largest manufacturer of outdoor wrought iron furniture in the United States. Originally a division of the Birmingham Ornamental Iron Company, Meadowcraft builds upon a history of fine craftsmanship in ornamental iron products, and has successfully transitioned through the years to become a leading domestic manufacturer of outdoor furniture.
Most recently, in 2009, the prestigious Meadowcraft brand, product lines and manufacturing facilities of Meadowcraft, Inc. were acquired by Wadley Holdings, LLC, who is now doing business under the Meadowcraft name. Wadley Holdings, LLC is a subsidiary of Southern Sales & Marketing Group, Inc., doing business as Southern Patio. Meadowcraft extends a 15 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer to cover the material and workmanship of the furniture frame and welds. We extend a 3 year limited warranty on all of our alternative table tops, and a 1 year limited warranty on the construction of our cushions and umbrellas.
